Please take the time to carefully read and fully understand this disclosure, which explains our advertising practices.
When you submit a form on this site, our loan marketplace processes the information to determine which lenders in our network may be interested in offering a loan to you. Subsequently, we provide all of your information to these lenders, enabling them to decide if and how much they are willing to compensate us for connecting them with you. If only one lender opts to pay for the connection, we will connect you with that lender. In cases where multiple lenders express interest in paying for the connection, our algorithm employs various factors to determine the most suitable lender to connect you with. However, the amount a lender is willing to compensate us is likely the most important factor influencing the lender we select for you. We do not have control over lenders and do not endorse any specific lender:
We do not exercise authority over any lenders in our network, and we do not endorse any particular lender. Most users who are connected with a lender through our service are connected with lenders in our extended network, rather than lenders directly in our network. The difference between our extended network and our direct network are explained below.
If none of the lenders in our network agree to compensate us for connecting you with them, we proceed to share your information with our extended network of non-lender third-party lender networks (hereafter “Network Partners”), commonly known as "lead aggregators." These Network Partners are loan marketing companies that present your information to lenders in their own network to determine if any are willing to pay them (and, indirectly, us) for connecting you. If only one lender network has a lender willing to pay for the connection, we and the Network Partner will connect you with that lender. In the event that multiple lender networks have lenders in their network interested in paying for the connection, our algorithm takes into account several factors to determine the Network Partner through which we connect you with the relevant lender. However, the amount the lender network is willing to compensate us is likely the most significant factor influencing our choice of Network Partner and lender connection.
We do not possess information about the identities of lenders in the networks of our Network Partners. Therefore, if you are connected through a Network Partner, we are unaware of the specific lender you are connected with or which lenders in their network are presented with your information.
We use Network Partners because they enhance the probability of connecting our users with a lender and contribute to our financial profit from providing our service, which is free of charge to consumers.
Many of our lenders and Network Partners (collectively referred to as "Service Partners") utilize service providers to handle various aspects of their online consumer acquisition, including managing internet traffic acquisition from websites like ours, verifying your identity and information, checking your credit history, or other tasks related to your loan request. These service providers may receive and process your data on behalf of the Lending Partners they work with. In some cases, we receive compensation from these service providers rather than directly from the lender.
We may connect you with a lender who offers loan amounts, terms, or rates different from your stated preferences. The lender's identity will only be disclosed to you after you have submitted our form. We may redirect you to their website for more information about their loans. The lender may contact you directly through phone, SMS, and/or email. You have the option to review their offers and decide whether to proceed with a loan from them. We strongly recommend comparing offers from multiple lenders to make an informed decision about your loan.
After attempting to connect you with a lender, we may also display ads for lenders and other finance-related products or services, such as debt relief, credit repair, or credit monitoring. We use the information you provide on our form to select which products or services to advertise to you. If you click on these ads, we may share your contact information with the advertisers so they can contact you regarding their products or services. These advertisers do not have access to the other information you provided on the form but may be aware that you submitted a form on this site, including the type of loan you were interested in or whether you were connected with a lender. We receive compensation from these advertisers. The amount they pay us influences the ads we show you and their placement. We display these ads to benefit our users by offering relevant products or services and to generate profit from our service, which is free of charge to consumers.
By using our service, you agree to be added to our marketing lists, allowing us to market to you after you finish using our service. We may send you ads or offers for loans and/or other credit-related products or services through email, SMS, phone, postal mail, or other methods. We often collaborate with third-party advertising service providers to conduct this advertising on our behalf. These service providers will receive and process your contact information, as reasonably necessary for delivering advertisements. They do not receive any of the other information you submit on our form. Additionally, these service providers may engage their own technical service providers to facilitate ad delivery, which may require sharing your contact information with these additional service providers. We receive compensation from these advertisers. The amount they pay us influences the selection of advertiser products or services we advertise to you. We display these products and services to benefit our users and generate profit from our service, which is free of charge to consumers.
This site does not have access to all lenders or available loan products. Do not assume that any offer you receive through our service is the best available option for you. It is always advisable to compare other options and make an informed decision based on what is best for your unique situation.
